1. Platform Overview

threedimensions.in is a 3D printing fulfillment platform where:

• Designers/ Individuals upload designs or share product links
• Customers place orders
• We manufacture products using FDM 3D printing and ship them
• We are not a traditional marketplace and do not hold inventory.

2. User Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years old
• Legally capable of entering contracts

3. Orders & Manufacturing

• All products are made-to-order
• Printing begins only after successful payment
• Minor surface marks, layer lines, or texture variations are normal in FDM printing

4. Custom & On-Demand Products

Due to the nature of custom 3D printing:

• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once printing starts
• Dimensional accuracy depends on design quality and material limits

5. Designer Responsibilities

Designers agree that:

• They own or have rights to the uploaded designs
• Designs do not infringe intellectual property rights
• They are responsible for product representation
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates laws or policies.

6. Intellectual Property

• All website content belongs to threedimensions.in unless stated otherwise
• Designers retain ownership of their designs
• Customers may not resell printed products unless authorized by the designer

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Design flaws or functional failures
• Misuse of printed products
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Our liability, if any, is limited to the order value.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Policy violations
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of platform services

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
