Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once printing has started
• Cancellation requests before printing may be accepted at our discretion

2. Returns

We do not accept returns due to:

• Custom manufacturing
• Design-specific production

3. Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

To be eligible for any refund or replacement:

• Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video
• The video must show:
  • Sealed package
  • Opening process
  • Product condition
• Without an unboxing video, no refund or replacement will be issued.

4. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be issued if:

• Product is damaged during shipping
• Wrong item was delivered
• Severe manufacturing defect affecting usability
• Minor cosmetic marks or layer lines are not considered defects.

5. Refund Process

• Raise a support request within 48 hours of delivery
• Share unboxing video and order details
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

6. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size or design choice
• Minor surface imperfections
• Damage caused after delivery
